About this policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar records are used when you visit the website of [Site name], why they are used, how long they last, and how you can change your choice.

The site itself sets no cookies of its own. Cookies are set only by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, and only if you accept them.

What cookies and local storage are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It is sent back to the site, or to the service that set it, on later visits, so that the visit can be recognised.

Local storage and session storage are similar records kept in your browser. They are not sent anywhere on their own; only the site's own code can read them. Local storage stays until it expires or you clear it. Session storage is removed when the visit ends and the browser tab is closed.

The categories we use

Necessary: records the site needs to work as you asked, such as remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4, which tells us in aggregate how the site is used.

Marketing: the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, which help us measure the effect of our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Nothing in the analytics or marketing categories loads before you choose. Each of the two is accepted or refused separately, and neither is selected in advance.

Necessary records

Consent record. Provider: [Site name]. Kept in your browser's local storage, not as a cookie. Purpose: remembers which categories you accepted or refused, so that the banner does not ask again on every page. Lifetime: 6 months, after which you are asked again.

Campaign source. Provider: [Site name]. Kept in your browser's session storage, not as a cookie. Purpose: remembers the campaign source (the utm_source value) in the link that brought you to the site. If you send the quote form during the same visit, it is saved with your request. Lifetime: the visit; it is removed when the browser tab is closed.

Analytics cookies

_ga. Provider: Google (Google Analytics 4). Purpose: distinguishes one visitor from another, so that visits can be counted. Lifetime: about 2 years, as set by Google.

_ga_<container-id>. Provider: Google (Google Analytics 4). Purpose: keeps the state of the current visit, so that pages viewed in one visit are counted together. Lifetime: about 2 years, as set by Google.

These cookies are set only if you accept analytics.

Marketing cookies and the Conversions API

_fbp. Provider: Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel). Purpose: recognises your browser, so that Meta can measure the effect of our ads. Lifetime: about 90 days, as set by Meta.

_fbc. Provider: Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel). Set only when you arrive by clicking one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram. Purpose: records that ad click, so that Meta can link a later action on the site to it. Lifetime: about 90 days, as set by Meta.

Conversions API. Provider: Meta Platforms. This is not a cookie. If you accepted marketing and send one of the site's forms, our server also reports that event to Meta directly. It sends the event, your email address and phone number hashed with SHA-256 (so that they are not sent in readable form), your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the values of the _fbp and _fbc cookies. This lets Meta count a form that the browser failed to report.

When you send a form, the browser tells the tools you accepted only that a form was sent. It does not send them your name, email, phone number or what you wrote.

These cookies are set, and the Conversions API is used, only if you accept marketing.

Legal basis

We use analytics and marketing cookies, and the Conversions API, only with your explicit consent, under article 5/1 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK).

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as described below. Withdrawing it does not affect what was done before.

Transfer abroad

Google and Meta Platforms are based abroad. If you accept analytics or marketing, the data these tools collect is transferred to them outside Turkey, on a basis permitted by article 9 of the KVKK [state the basis].

The KVKK Information Notice gives more detail on recipients and transfers.

How to change your choice

On the site: use the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. It opens the banner again, where you can accept or refuse each category.

If you withdraw a category, its tools stop loading from the next page, and the site removes their cookies (_ga, _ga_<container-id>, _fbp and _fbc) as far as your browser allows.

In your browser: you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. Clearing this site's data also removes your consent record, so the banner will ask you again on your next visit.
